Steps to Fix A Samsung Galaxy Phone That Won't Receive Text Messages From iPhone

Method 1: Ensure the contact is Not Blocked.

Check if you have blocked the phone number of the person you want to send the text message to.

Launch Phone from your Samsung Galaxy home screen
Tap the menu icon (3 dots).
Tap Settings.
Select Block numbers
Check to see if the contact is blocked

Method 2: Turn off iMessage for the old iPhone

You must turn off iMessage for your number. If you still have the old iPhone with you, follow the steps below:

Please remove the SIM card from your Samsung Galaxy Device and insert it into your iPhone.
Next, on your iPhone, go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap on Messages
Look for iMessage; turn this option off.
Please remove the SIM card and insert it into your Samsung Device.
Now go to the Message icon on your new Android phone and send messages to some of your friends using an iPhone to see if everything works fine.

Method 3: Enable SMS and MMS
